Eight-time Fittest Woman on Earth and CrossFit's most dominant champion of all time
Tia-Clair Toomey is the most dominant CrossFit athlete the sport has ever produced — an eight-time Fittest Woman on Earth across the years 2017 to 2025, taking 2023 off to have her daughter and returning to reclaim her title the following year. Born in Queensland, Tia-Clair first represented Australia in Olympic weightlifting at the 2016 Rio Games before winning gold in the 58kg category at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and qualifying Australia for bobsled at the 2022 Winter Olympics. The breadth of physical capability across strength, endurance and skill-based disciplines is virtually unmatched in the history of elite sport.
Alongside her husband and coach Shane Orr, Tia-Clair co-founded PRVN Fitness, a training platform helping athletes and everyday people reach their physical and mental best. She is also a mother, author and motivational figure who has shared the discipline, mental strategies and daily habits that sustain elite performance with audiences far beyond the gym.
Tia-Clair speaks on the mindset of a champion — on what it takes to maintain relentless focus, recover from setbacks and believe in your potential when the work is hard and the outcome uncertain. Her story is a masterclass in the compounding power of discipline and self-belief.
Tia-Clair Toomey is a keynote speaker based in Queensland who speaks on inspiration, motivation and sport. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.
