Host of Gardening Australia and sustainability advocate — on community, regeneration and the long quiet work of change.
Costa Georgiadis has been the host of ABC TV's Gardening Australia since 2012 — and one of the country's most recognised voices on sustainable living, community gardens, food systems and the long quiet work of building neighbourhoods that look after each other. The warmth and energy that defines the on-screen version is exactly what he brings to a corporate stage.
His speaking blends practical content on sustainability, urban regeneration and community-building with the kind of personal storytelling that lifts a room. He's a deeply experienced communicator and tailors carefully — whether the audience is a sustainability conference, a leadership team retreat or a Gardening-Australia-style live demonstration.
For event organisers, Costa is a strong fit for ESG and sustainability programs, leadership offsites, education events and in-house programs where the brief is genuine warmth combined with substantive content on environmental and community change.

Costa was incredibe. He did not stop talking and greeting people the whole day. He added an incredible buzz to our event. He is so personable and really appreciated him reaching out to me for chat before the event so he could get a sense for the vibe of the day and the expectations. Also appreciated Costa doing some social media for us really helped us get the numbers we needed at the event.City of Burnside
