Adrian Hayes is a British record-breaking adventurer, keynote speaker, and leadership expert whose credentials span the battlefield and the boardroom. A former British Army Gurkha Officer with two years in the Special Forces, he has summited both Mount Everest and K2, conquered the North and South Poles, and crossed Greenland by kite-ski. He holds two Guinness World Records, has written two books, and has appeared in three documentaries — including productions for National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. He is, by any measure, someone who has operated at the extreme edge of what is physically and psychologically possible.
