Corporate MC, journalist and speechwriter — 20 years across media, live performance and crisis communications
Bernadette Alizart is a corporate MC, host, journalist and speechwriter known for bringing warmth, polish and a steady hand to live events. She has more than 20 years' experience across journalism, crisis communications, live performance, public speaking and events, with television, broadcast and live-event production experience behind her. She is a trusted corporate MC for conferences, awards nights, charity galas and product launches across Australia.
What sets Bernadette apart is the combination she brings to the stage — the preparation and precision of a career journalist with the adaptability and stage presence of a seasoned live performer. The journalist in her moderates panels with a clear sense of how to guide a discussion, manage the energy in the room and keep a conversation on track. The performer in her brings humour and timing. And the speechwriter can help shape the script, event flow and messaging so that a program feels cohesive rather than stitched together. Clients notice the calm: one organiser recalled that she didn't miss a beat through two separate evacuations during their event.
For organisers, that means a presenter who can hold a room with ease, authority, humour and great timing, and who takes some of the event's weight off their shoulders. Morgans Stockbroking, which runs the annual Queensland Business Leaders' event, says it wouldn't go anywhere else. For corporate conferences, summits, awards nights and gala dinners, panel sessions and launches, Bernadette Alizart delivers events that are seamless, engaging and genuinely connected.
