Former Melbourne Vixens Captain, Australian Diamonds Vice Captain — 59 test caps and six premierships
Bianca Chatfield is a Netball Victoria Legend of the Game — a title that reflects a career that saw her captain the Melbourne Vixens, serve as Vice Captain of the Australian Diamonds, earn 59 test caps and win six national premierships across 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2009 and 2014. That record of sustained high performance at the elite level of an intensely team-dependent sport gives her an authority on leadership and team dynamics that is hard to replicate.
Off the court, Chatfield has built a substantial media presence. She hosts the Women's Footy TV Show on Nine, commentates netball for Nine's broadcasts, presents on House of Wellness on Channel Seven, and hosts the Centre Court Netball Show. In 2018 she took on a very different challenge as a contestant on Channel Nine's reality TV show The Block — demonstrating the same competitive edge and adaptability that marked her playing career.
Chatfield speaks to the experience of performing at the highest level within a team, managing roles and responsibilities, and maintaining a high-performance mindset over a long career. She is well suited to events focused on women in leadership, high performance culture, and team dynamics — particularly in organisations where sport-based metaphors and real-world examples of what sustained excellence actually looks like can land with force.
Bianca Chatfield is a keynote speaker based in Victoria who speaks on leadership, media & journalism and peak performance. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.
