Former Australian Test cricketer and commentator — on high-performance teams, comeback and the craft of bowling.
Damien Fleming played twenty Tests and eighty-eight one-day internationals for Australia in an era when the Australian cricket team was the dominant force in the world game. The arc of his career — including a famous hat-trick on Test debut, multiple comebacks from injury, and the privilege of bowling alongside one of the deepest fast-bowling cohorts in the country's history — is the foundation of his speaking.
Since retiring, he's built a long second career as a commentator, podcaster and corporate MC, with a warm and unhurried delivery that suits sporting events, sales kickoffs and corporate functions where the brief is humour, sport and an authentic insider voice on what high-performance teams actually look like up close.
For event organisers, Damien is a strong fit for sporting events, corporate sales conferences, gala dinners and in-house programs where the brief is a credible cricket voice with confident hosting ability.
Damien Fleming is a keynote speaker and MC based in Victoria who speaks on motivation, peak performance and sport. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.

Why symbols matter. How pride, identity and feeling valued drive accountability, effort and respect, on and off the field.
Why success isn’t linear. How frustration, adversity and honest review made the ultimate triumph more meaningful and repeatable.
