Senior political journalist and host of ABC Insiders — incisive, prepared and a serious choice for high-end facilitation.
David Speers is one of Australia's most experienced political journalists — long career at Sky News including as political editor, and now host of the ABC's Insiders, one of the country's most-watched Sunday morning programs. The depth of policy and political knowledge, paired with the live broadcasting craft, makes him a serious choice for corporate facilitation work.
As an MC, panel host and fireside interviewer he's prepared, fast and refreshingly free of theatrics. He's particularly strong with senior leader interviews, regulatory and policy events, and board-level facilitation where the brief is depth rather than entertainment.
For event organisers, David is well suited to government and public-sector conferences, financial services and professional services events, board functions and panel discussions on substantive policy or political topics. He works in-person and virtually.
David Speers is a keynote speaker and MC based in Victoria who speaks on media & journalism. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.
Simply put, David Speers was outstanding. Led our panel beautifully. Worked with a hybrid model given lock-down in Melbourne.WPP AUNZ
