Paralympic and Grand Slam champion, 2022 Australian of the Year — disability advocacy and elite performance.
Dylan Alcott is one of the most successful wheelchair athletes the country has produced — Paralympic gold medallist in basketball and tennis, a multiple Grand Slam champion, and the only male in any form of tennis to complete a calendar-year Golden Slam. In 2022 he was named Australian of the Year, the first person with a visible disability to receive the honour.
Off the court, Dylan has built a portfolio of work focused on disability employment, accessibility and changing the way Australian businesses think about hiring and serving the one-in-five Australians with a disability. He's also a broadcaster, podcaster and entrepreneur whose ventures have brought disability voices to mainstream stages and platforms.
For corporate audiences, Dylan brings something rare: a deeply credible performance story paired with a sharp, often funny perspective on inclusion that doesn't make people in the room feel lectured. His keynotes work for sales conferences, DE&I programs, leadership events and any audience where the goal is to leave the room thinking differently about what's possible — both individually and at an organisational level.

Dylan was amazing. Not only were his presentations, professional, funny, inspiring and thought provoking, but he is incredibly generous in and of himself. He ensured all of the students that attended his presentation got the opportunity for a photo with him and maybe a high five - quite incredible!Alpine Shire Coucil

Dylan Alcott was brilliant! His story telling skills engage the entire audience and he also engaged with the team members that joined us virtually. Dylan was able to keep the entire team engaged with his story, his humour and his ability to educate us all. He was definitely a stand out for our team event and we all left his session better informed and with a sense of being able to make a difference. We can't wait to have him back one day!Coles
