Actor, singer, presenter and beloved Play School host.
Jay Laga'aia has worked across just about every corner of Australian entertainment — Star Wars films, Home and Away, The Lion King on stage, decades as a Play School presenter and a strong recording career as a singer and songwriter. He is one of the most experienced and best-loved performers working in the country.
For corporate events he brings a warmth and a richness of voice that lifts a room from the moment he walks in. He works equally well as a singer, an MC and a guest performer, and is particularly strong at events where music, ceremony and a sense of occasion are part of the brief.
Jay is a strong choice for gala dinners, awards nights, cultural events and any audience that wants a host with charisma and decades of stage craft behind them.
Jay Laga’aia is a keynote speaker, MC and entertainer based in New South Wales who speaks on media & journalism. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.
