Justin Flitter founded AI New Zealand in 2017 to help business leaders understand and implement artificial intelligence with clarity and purpose — why to use it, where it fits and how to make it count. In the past three years alone he has delivered more than 100 AI-focused presentations across diverse industries, and in 2024 he produced The Great New Zealand AI Roadshow, ten events across Aotearoa built to lift nationwide understanding of the technology.

What distinguishes Justin is that he has spent years on both sides of the stage. He has helped produce and emcee TEDx Auckland since 2012, so he knows how a talk lands as well as what it says, and he pairs that with a practical, business-first reading of AI rather than hype. He also serves as a Director of Business Mentors New Zealand and Chair of the New Zealand Tech Marketers Group — roles that keep him close to the everyday questions leaders are actually asking about the technology.
