AFL Team of the Century member, four-time premiership coach and one of the game's greatest names.
'Lethal Leigh' Matthews was one of the most decorated players in VFL/AFL history at Hawthorn — four premierships as a player, named the AFL's player of the 20th century — and then built an even more impressive coaching record, taking Collingwood to a 1990 premiership and then leading the Brisbane Lions to three in a row in 2001-2003.
For corporate audiences his perspective is unusually rich because he sat in both seats: dominant player on a great team, and head coach of two very different dynasties. He talks about team culture, leadership under scrutiny and the long arc of building a winning environment with the kind of authority only sustained success produces.
Leigh is a top-tier speaker for leadership audiences, sports business events and any audience that wants to learn from one of the great coaches of any code.

Leigh was engaging, entertaining and relevant.Douglas Chemists
Leigh was a huge hit with our staff, particularly the Victorians! The team got so much out of his footy anecdotes and how that translated to their own leadership of their teams.Rizon Group
Excellent presentation which was relevant to people from all different backgrounds and industries. Our function for 2009 was the highest attendance in 8 years of running it and that was simply because we had Leigh as speaker.Australian College of Pharmacy
