Former St Helens and England rugby league player, now a peak performance coach
Mark Edmondson played professional rugby league from 1999 to 2007, winning multiple premierships with St Helens — Super League Grand Finals in 1999, 2000 and 2002, the Challenge Cup in 2001 and 2004, and the 2001 World Club Challenge — before finishing his club career with the Sydney Roosters and Salford City Reds. He also represented England, touring South Africa, Tonga, Fiji and Australia in 2002. When his playing days ended, he did not walk away from elite performance. He went deeper into it.
As a peak performance coach, Mark has worked with athletes including Usain Bolt, Scott Prince, Maverick Weller, Jake Matthews and Matt Poole. He has served as a peak performance coach for the Gold Coast Titans and the England Rugby Union team, working alongside coaches including Eddie Jones and Stephen Borthwick.
