Roger Rasheed

About Roger

Roger Rasheed has coached at the very top of professional tennis — coach to Lleyton Hewitt from 2003 to 2007, during one of the most-watched periods of Australian tennis, and later to the top-10 players Gael Monfils, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Grigor Dimitrov across a coaching career spanning some 16 years. The years inside the player's box at Grand Slams have given him a perspective on high-performance coaching that very few of his peers can claim.

His corporate work translates the coaching reality — relationship, preparation, hard truths, the discipline of staying at the top for years — into language and frameworks senior audiences can use. The content is direct, well-paced and grounded in operational reality rather than theory. He has also spent more than a decade in tennis commentary, with the Seven Network from 2007 to 2018 and more recently with the Nine Network, and he founded the Roger Rasheed Sports Foundation in 2011 to use sport to reach children in disadvantaged communities.

For event organisers, Roger is a strong fit for sales kickoffs, leadership programs, education events and any in-house program where the brief is a credible coaching voice for high-performance teams. He works internationally and is a strong fireside interview guest as well.
