High-Performance Coach & Co-Founder of PRVN Fitness
Shane Orr is one of the most successful coaches in the history of competitive fitness. As the coach and life partner of Tia-Clair Toomey — the most decorated CrossFit Games athlete of all time with six consecutive world titles — Shane has built a career helping extraordinary athletes unlock their full potential.
Before co-founding PRVN Fitness, a globally recognised high-performance coaching program with athletes across dozens of countries, Shane spent years developing the systems, mindset frameworks and coaching philosophies that have produced world champions. His approach is built on the belief that elite performance is the product of culture, consistency and the courage to do the unglamorous work.
As a speaker, Shane translates the hard-won lessons of elite sport into practical frameworks for business leaders and teams. He speaks about building winning cultures, the art of high-performance coaching, and what it takes to sustain excellence over time — not just peak for a moment. His talks are direct, evidence-based and grounded in real examples from the world's most competitive sporting arena.
Shane Orr is a keynote speaker based overseas who speaks on leadership, motivation and peak performance. Book through Executive Speakers Australia.
