About Jane

Jane Wundersitz is a high-energy speaker, Australian Master Trainer, and workshop facilitator with over 25 years' experience in leadership, culture, and team development. Her professional background includes more than a decade as Learning and Development Manager at The Body Shop — delivering programmes in leadership, customer service, emotional intelligence, stress and energy management, and productivity — for which she received an Anita Award recognising her contribution to training. She also delivered wellbeing workshops at The Women's Prison, Magill Detention Centre, and with at-risk community groups, demonstrating a breadth of application that goes well beyond the conference circuit. Internationally, she served as National Training Manager in the UK with PhotoCorporation, where her programmes drove a 40 per cent improvement in customer outcomes and a significant culture shift.

Jane's approach is underpinned by research in positive psychology and her own VIA character strengths: Hope, Fairness, Perspective, Leadership, Honesty, Love of Learning, and Social Intelligence. She champions the UN Global Goals for Good Health and Wellbeing and Reduced Inequalities.
