Award-winning entrepreneur, author and wellbeing innovator — on emotional intelligence and leadership in the age of AI.
Tenille Bentley is a Perth-based entrepreneur, author and wellbeing innovator whose work spans emotional intelligence, leadership, mental health and human connection in the age of AI. She founded ELMA Education, a global ed-tech initiative focused on mindset, emotional literacy and wellbeing, which she built to seven figures in under two years; she also founded the En Coda wellbeing orchestra and The Global Good Foundation, a charity supporting families affected by domestic violence. She has served as a non-executive director for multimillion-dollar organisations.
Her perspective on the future of work and the future of leadership leans into the human side — how leaders shape culture, how organisations move past performative wellbeing into genuine practice, and how new technologies should be evaluated through the lens of what they do to the people using them. She has received the Australian Leadership Award, given to around twenty Australians each year, was named in the Australian Financial Review's Top 100 Women of Influence, has been inducted into the Western Australian Women's Hall of Fame and was a Telstra Business Woman of the Year finalist. Her philanthropic and wellbeing programs have reached more than 40,000 children across five countries. The content is reflective and substantive rather than hype-driven.
For event organisers, Tenille is a strong fit for leadership programs, women's events, innovation conferences and any in-house audience where the brief is a considered voice on emotional intelligence, wellbeing and the human side of change.
