Internationally recognised young leadership voice — strategist, author and founder of Emergent.
Holly Ransom is the founder and CEO of Emergent, an international consultancy that works with senior leaders and high-performing organisations on transformation, leadership development and the questions ahead. She's an Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence honouree and one of the most internationally requested young Australian leadership voices.
Her perspective is shaped by long-form work with senior teams across industries and geographies, conversations with global leaders for her podcast and writing, and her own widely-followed work on the future of work and the next generation of leadership. The content is substantive, well-paced and refreshingly free of jargon.
For event organisers, Holly is a strong fit for leadership conferences, women's events, board strategy days, financial services and professional services events, and any in-house audience where the brief is a forward-leaning leadership voice with international depth. She works internationally and across in-person and virtual formats.

The feedback we received was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced for a guest presenter and networking event, with Holly Ransom frequently regarded as being one of the most moving speakers many had ever come across.
